What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients warmly as you prepare them for their appointment.
- Perform preliminary and specialty eye tests, and accurately document results.
- Assist patients with contact lens use, care, and maintenance.
- Maintain and update patient records meticulously.
- Provide outstanding support to our optometrists.
- Handle administrative duties, including appointment scheduling and billing.
- Ensure the clinic adheres to health and safety regulations.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Medical knowledge preferred but not required.
- Organizational ability
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong problem-solving skills
